Obituary of Alberto Frattaroli
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Alberto Frattaroli at the St. Catharines Hospital on Sunday February 6 in his 83rd year. He is now reunited with his daughter, Margaret (2021). Beloved husband of 61 years to Grazia (nee Sandonato), and loving father to Antoniette (Joe). Proud Nonno of Justin (Kristen), Alicia, Daniel (Erica) and Vanessa. Proud Bisnonno to Brooklyn and Elijah. Cherished brother of Maria Angrilli (late Biaggio) of St. Catharines and Massimiliano (Luisa) Frattaroli of Italy. He will be sadly missed by his nephews and nieces; Stanley, Anthony (Tina), Mauro (Kristen), Tony (Sharon), Cosmo (Linda) and their families. Predeceased by his parents Antonio and Margherita Frattaroli.
Alberto enjoyed spending time with family, gardening, and watching his favourite WWE Wrestling. The family would like to extend sincere thanks to Dr. Paolone and his staff, Dr. Soliman and Dr. Wasserman. Also a very special warm thank you to the staff in the Dialysis Unit at the St. Catharines Hospital for their kindness and compassion.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, February 10th from 11am-12:30pm at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines. A private family service will be held with entombment to follow. For those wishing to attend the visitation please call or email the funeral home at rsvp@dartefuneralhome.com as capacity is limited.
