On Monday, May 16, 2022, at God’s appointed time, our Heavenly Father called home to himself our dear husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Albert Smouter, at the age of 80.
Beloved husband of Helena (nee Bremer) for 57 years. Much loved father to Cathy & Gerald Bosscher, Karen Mans, Sharon & Paul Van Sydenborgh, Deb & George Alkema, Jennifer & Rick Lof, Eleanor Schulenberg, Albert & Michelle Smouter. Visitation on Thursday, May 19, 2022 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at EBENEZER CANADIAN REFORMED CHURCH, 607 Dynes Road, Burlington, where the Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 20, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. Private Family Interment will precede the service at Greenwood Cemetery.
Donations made to Guido De Bres Christian High School in memory of Albert would be appreciated by the family.
