1942-2022
Alban Richard, 80, of Saint-Paul, passed away peacefully surrounded by
his family at the UHC Dr Georges-L. Dumont, Moncton on Friday July 1,
2022. He was married to Alice (Williams) Richard. Born in Harcourt,
he was the son of the late Adelin and the late Évangeline
(Arsenault) Richard.
Alban was a bricklayer by trade and worked on Sable Island for 12
years.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Alice, his sister; Laura Nowlan of
Saint-Antoine, his three brothers; Gerald (Gloria) of Saint-Paul,
Léo (Joyce) of Moncton, Hervé (Carol) of Adamsville, two
sisters-in-law; Jeannette Richard and Thérèse Richard both
of Saint-Antoine, as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by four brothers; Raymond, Léandre,
Léonard and André.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Paul …de-Kent Roman
Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Paul on Wednesday July 6, 2022
from 1:00 to 4:00 and 5:30 to 6:45 pm. A funeral Mass will be
celebrated at the Saint-Paul Church on Wednesday July 6, 2022 at 7:00
pm with interment in the parish cemetery.
Face masks are at your discretion.
In Alban’s memory, donations may be made to the Saint-Paul
Cemetery fund.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.
