Passed away quietly at home, as he wished, on August 7, 2022. He will be forever loved and remembered. He leaves his wife and best friend Kim (Taggart) Craig and his children Kyle (Sarah McDonald), Emily (Nicholas Pender) and Riley (Robyn Allen) with a lifetime of memories. He was always a proud dad and loved and supported all they have accomplished.
Also leaving to mourn his parents, Mary (Kavanagh) and Aiden Craig, his father-in-law, Roy Taggart, and his sisters Catherine, her husband Ian McKinnon and their children Aiden and Mairi (Isaac), and Judy, her husband Carl Sheppard and their children Aaron (Vanessa and Willa), Christian and Sarah (Sam).
He was also dearly loved by his sisters-in-law, Kara, her husband Stephen Laing and their children Ainsley (Oliver) and Alex, Kelly, her husband Jordy Kirkland and their children, George and Samy (Isabelle), and Kristen “Cheekie” and her husband Paul Kelly.
Thank you to everyone who cared for him and all of us. We are forever grateful.

Cremation has taken place. Visitation at Carnell’s Funeral Home, Freshwater Road on Thursday, August 11 and Friday, August 12 from 11am-9pm. Funeral Mass to be held at the Basilica Cathedral of St. John the Baptist on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 11am. The funeral mass will be livestreamed for those unable to attend in person.

While I was working for the same company that Aiden Craig worked for I was fortunate and privileged to meet Aiden and his wonderful family especially Kim his Wife. Aiden was one of those rare individuals you meet while working that stands out not only professionally but personally as well. Aiden always made me feel at home while away from home! Travelling across Newfoundland with Aiden, and meeting his business associates was an incredible experience, I am still touched today by his gifts.
Aiden you will be sorely missed especially from this couple from Western Canada, Will and Corey Slattery. Rest in peace our Friend, rest in peace!
