With heavy hearts, Adam Trotchie’s family wish to announce his sudden passing on November 17, 2022 in Calgary, Alberta, at the age of 32 years.
Adam was born at the Foothills Hospital, in Calgary on December 30, 1989. Adam was a kind, gentle, caring soul, and would freely offer prayers to others that he felt were in pain, whether spiritually or physically. Adam had a love for birds and rocks, and enjoyed listening to the band Twenty One Pilots. Adam knew every word to every song and loved to sing along with a smile on his face. Adam’s favourite food was Ichiban Noodles which he so lovingly referred to as ‘Trotchie Noodles’.
Adam is survived by his parents- mother Mary Hasledine (nee Beacock)/ Dave; father, Michael Trotchie; brother and best friend, Evan Trotchie; step siblings, Chris and Kyla Hasldine; grandma Noreen Fleury; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Adam was predeceased by his sister Anna Marie Trotchie; grandparents, Mary and Les Beacock, and Emil Trotchie.
A memorial service for Adam will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 1, 2022 from Pierson’s Funeral Services Ltd., 4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta. Interment of Adam’s urn will follow at Rocky View Garden of Peace Cemetery.
If relatives and friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made in Adam’s memory to the Sharp Foundation (5717 – 2 St SW, Calgary, AB T2H 0A1)
Adam may be gone, but will not be forgotten as he has left us with so many happy memories and will be forever loved.
