Edna Sue Duncan-Ordiway – of Seymour, TN went home to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on Saturday, April 9, 2022. Sue was born in Monroe County in Vonore, TN on January 22, 1945.
Preceded in death by father, Mitchell McMahan; mother, Julia McMahan; brothers, Floyd, AJ, Bill, Ray Wayne, and Walter; sisters, Flora Jane Dellinger, Mary Hardin, Rose Dunn, and Ruth Myers. Also preceded in death by husband, Danny Duncan; son, Danny6 Duncan, Jr.; and nephew, Dewayne Hinson.
Survived by brother, Robert McMahan; sons and daughters-in-law, James “Jimbo” McMahan and wife, Michelle, Billy Helton and sife, Sandy, Charles Duncan and wife, Jenn; daughter, Robin Rena “Gidget” Helton-Trentham; and several cousins, nephews and nieces. In her lifetime, Sue was blessed with eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Memorial Services are to be held at 212 County Line Road, Seymour, TN 37865 for a “Celebration of Life” ceremony to include immediate family only on Saturday, April 23, 2022, between the hours of 2:00-4:00 PM. “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31.
