SVETLOVA, Elena
April 26, 1937 – April 9, 2022
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother with her family by her side. Cherished mother to Igor Savka (Nina) and Oleg Savka (Inna). Beloved grandmother to Denis (Olga), Valentin, Klare (Natalie) and Annie.
Elena was completely devoted and actively served her Russian Orthodox Church, St. Peter and Pavel in Beltsy, Moldova and the Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church in Windsor, ON.
Panihida to be held after the morning service on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church, 1410 Drouillard Rd, Windsor, ON N8Y 2S1. Funeral Service to be held at Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church on Monday, April 11 at 10 a.m. followed the graveside committal prayers at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church Renovation Fund.
