Obituary
Passed peacefully away at her home in Cavendish on April 7, 2022, Linda Mary Williams (nee Penton), aged 65 years.
Predeceased by parents, Gordon and Marie Penton; brothers, Francais and Bernard.
Leaving to mourn and to celebrate her life are her children, Emily (Marshall Hewitt); grandchildren, Marshall and Taylor; brother, Patrick; and sisters, Elaine, Daphne, and Nancey.
Thank you to Emily’s friend, Leann Cumby and Linda’s home care workers that went above and beyond, Irene Legge, Evelyn Clarke, Susanne Lahey, Kay Crocker, Wavey Reid, Nancy Reid, and Eunice Pinsent.
Resting at Warren’s Funeral Home, Dildo with visitation on Monday, April 11, 3:30-9:00 pm and Tuesday, April 12, 10:00 am-12:00 noon.
A service to celebrate her life will be held on Tuesday, April 12 at 2:00 pm from St. Augustine’s Anglican Church, New Harbour with interment to follow at St. Augustine’s Anglican Cemetery, New Harbour.
As an expression of sympathy, donations in Linda’s memory may be made to the Linda Williams Memorial Fund.
