It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Clifford on January 4, 2022 at 80 years of age. Loving husband of Jackie with whom he shared 47 years of marriage. Much loved father of Donald Garant (Jody) and Janice Garant. Cherished pepe of Marshall. Dear son of his late parents Lucien and Stella Garant and son-in-law of the late Ernest and Marguerite Tremblay. Predeceased by his daughter-in-law Denise Garant. Dear brother of Lucien Garant and wife Darlene and brother-in-law of Norman Tremblay and wife Shirley, Annette Chauvin and Gerry Gelderland. He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Clifford retired from H.J. Heinz Co. after 31 years of dedicated service. Visiting at Reid Funeral Home, 14 Russell Street, Leamington (519-326-2631) Friday January 7, 2022 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be held at St. Michael’s Church, 29 Elliott Street, Leamington on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 10:30 am. Interment to follow at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery. Due to COVID restrictions, visitation and the funeral mass are limited to a specific number of visitors. Only those with an appointment will be allowed in.
