Obituary of Timothy Bartlett
Bartlett, Timothy “Tim” David – 60 of Hillsvale. It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Tim at home on March 27th, 2022. Born in Wolfville on June 4th, 1961, he was the son of David and Esther (Coolen) Bartlett.
Tim worked in the roofing business for most of his working career. His favorite pastime was playing a round of golf, he would go as often as possible. Tim always made sure he bought a lotto ticket in hopes that one day he would win the jackpot.
Tim is survived by his parents, wife of 33 years Jean Mercer, siblings Anne (Ralph) Sanderson, Doug (Stacey), Susan (Terry) Langdon, Melodie Lombardo, Edward (Ingrid), Lombardo brothers-in-law Gerald (Carmen) Mercer, Leland (Joan) Mercer, sister-in-law Marjorie Mercer and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Cremation has taken place, there will be a Committal service held at the J. Wilson Allen Funeral Home, Kennetcook on Saturday, April 9th, 2022, at 2pm, Rev. Mike Poworoznyk officiating. Interment will take place in the West Gore Cemetery; reception will follow in the West Gore Fire Hall.
Donations in memory of Tim can be made to the West Gore Cemetery Fund c/o Margaret Redden – 760 Valley Rd. West Gore B0N 2N0 or charity of one’s choice.
