Patricia C Kane McGregor Monday March 28th 2022

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Patricia C. Kane (nee McGregor) while surrounded by loved ones on Monday, March 28, 2022 at Joseph Brant Hospital. Pat was a beloved wife of Joseph for 64 years, the loving mother of Pauline (late Stephen), Lorna (Glenn) and Rona (Martin). Grandmother of seven, and great-grandmother of two. Pat was born in Edinburgh, Scotland. As a young woman she had plans to move to New Zealand, that all changed the day she met her loving husband Joe. In their 67 years together Pat and Joe travelled the world, and through the years made various countries on four continents their home. Pat embraced life and brought happiness to everyone who knew her. Her smile was contagious, her quick wit and dry sense of humour were the hallmark of her easy going personality. The life examples she leaves behind for her family are truly her legacy. She taught her girls to be independent, to meet each and every challenge head on, to remain true to themselves, but most of all to be honest and generous in their love for others.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital Palliative Care Program. A funeral mass will be held on Friday April 1 at 12pm at St. Raphael Parish (4072 New
St, Burlington, ON L7L 1S9).
