WIZNIAK, Albert –
Passed away peacefully at the Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at the ate of 89. Albert was born in Sifton, Manitoba. Predeceased by his parents Alex and Tillie Wizniak, his brothers Bill, Harry, and Edward, and his sister Helen. Albert will be sadly missed by his loving wife Stella of 67 years, his sons Darrel (Toby) and Alex (Kimberly), his granddaughters Mikayla and Juliet, his sisters Olga, Jean, and Stella, his brother Ernie, and his many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Albert was a lifetime member of Knights of Columbus Sheptytsky Council 5079. Special thanks to the staff, nurses and P.S.W.’s on the third floor of the Care Centre for their loving care and compassion given to Albert. Resting at NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Avenue (North of Rexdale Boulevard) on Sunday, March 27, 2022 from 2-5 p.m. Panakhyda Sunday 3 p.m. Funeral Service in the chapel on Monday, March 28, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre or the Canadian Red Cross in support of Refugees in Ukraine would be appreciated.
