Obituary
Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, March 18, 2022, Minnie Sooley (nee Paul) of Heart’s Delight, aged 82 years.
Predeceased by husband, Frank; sister, Joanie; brothers, Calvin, Bill, and Avalon.
Leaving to mourn and to celebrate her life are children, Don, Tony, Karen, Barry, and Terry, as well as their spouses; 10 grandchildren, 8 great-children, and 1 great-great grandchild; brother, Melvin; as well as a large number of other relatives and friends.
Having travelled many places in eastern Canada following their children, Minnie and Frank settled in Frank’s birthplace, Heart’s Delight. She will be missed by many friends and family whose hearts she touched.
She became another angel in Heaven to watch over us.
Cremation has taken place.
A service to celebrate Minnie’s life will be held on Saturday, March 19 at 4:00 pm from the Church of the Epiphany, Heart’s Delight.
As an expression of sympathy, donations in Minnie’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
Arrangements entrusted to Warren’s Funeral Home, Dildo.
