Ah-kah Mihk Kahnipawit
September 6, 1977 – March 9, 2022
It is with a heavy heart, great sadness and sorrow that we announce the passing of our cowboy, Jade William Strongarm (Ah -kah Mihk Kahnipawit) born September 6, 1977. Jade is predeceased by his grandparents Rose & Warren Kay and Joe Desjarlais; Theresa & Lawrence Strongarm. Jade is survived by his parents, Colleen & Senator William Strongarm; children Tye (Jada) Strongarm, Cassidy (his little gypsy) Strongarm; sister Emerald Strongarm and his special niece and buddy Caydenze Strongarm. Jade is also survived by numerous immediate and extended family members of aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and grandparents, pasture riders, bull riders, golf, fastball and curling buddies, very close friends and very special lady friends.
Wake will be held Thursday March 17, 2022 at 4 pm in the Asiniw -Kisik Education Campus Gym, Kawacatoose First Nation. Funeral Services will be held Friday March 18, 2022 at 11 am in the same location . Interment in the North cemetery, Kawacatoose First Nation.
