It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lawrence (Larry) Verner Flug on January 1st, 2022 at the age of 90. Larry passed at the High River General Hospital surrounded by his family. Larry leaves behind his loving wife Beverly, his children Lance (Glenda) Wotherspoon, Christine (Jeff) Malloy, Derek (Laverna) Flug, Curtis Flug, Rhonda (Derek) Brandon, Jody (Mark) Hoogwerf, 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, a brother, sister, and many friends.
Larry is predeceased by his mother and father, one sister, a great-granddaughter, and many others who loved him and who he loved dearly.
The family of Larry Flug would like to thank Dr. Douglas Anderson, Dr. JoAnna Fay, and the most incredible team of professionals on second floor at the High River General Hospital. Each and every person who cared for Larry will be held closely in the family’s hearts.

A private service will be held on Thursday, January 6th, 2022. Larry will be laid to rest at the Highwood Cemetery in High River.
