Obituary
Regan, William (Bill) Kenneth, age 81, formerly of Logan Township, passed away Tuesday March 2, 2022. He was raised on the farm and graduated from Mitchell High School and University of Guelph. Former employee of the Ministry of Agriculture, Crop Insurance retired in 1995. Bill was the son of Jeremiah and Louise (Connolly) Regan, brother of the late Jereen Lynett(Joseph), Ron Regan(late Brenda Grange), uncle of Mary Jo, Larry, Patrick(Rita) Helen(Roger), Donna, Bob Lynett(Nancy), and Michael Regan(Valari) and Katie (Regan)Noordhof(Jason). Great-uncle of Conor(Nicole), Regan, Malcolm Maloney, Patrick, Kaylin and Kalley Lynett, Payson and Marek Regan, Mitchell and Regan Noordhof. He was quite active in sports and played softball many summers for local teams from Bornhorn and Rostock. In later years, he enjoyed listening to old time country music, golf, curling, and traveling the world with friends. His yearly attendance at the Kentucky Derby and later Las Vegas were all fond memories. He particularly enjoyed card games and get-togethers with his Connolly and Regan cousins, where his reminiscence of family stories was enjoyed by all. He had many lifelong work friends whom he enjoyed playing softball together as the Agrinauts, attending hockey games and multiple traveling adventures worldwide.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., at St. Paul’s Catholic Church 190 King St. S, Alliston, ON L9R 1C1. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of choice.
