It is with great sadness that we announce the death Marlis
Martha Langley of Antigonish, NS formerly of Port Hawkesbury, NS on
Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at the age of 84.
Marlis is survived by daughter Heike (Gerard), son Michael
(Donna), daughter Holly (Donnie), granddaughter Sheri (Jon), grandson
Tyler, great grand daughter Rylee.
Marlis was predeceased by her husband Alexander
Langley.
In respect to the family’s wishes there will be no
visitation or funeral service. A graveside service
will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 28, 2022 in St. Joseph
Parish Cemetery, Port
Hawkesbury.
The family greatly appreciates the kind, compassionate care
given to her by the staff of the Highland-Crest Home Antigonish.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Gallant for his many years as
her family physician.
The family would like to thank the medical and nursing staff
of the palliative care unit at St. Martha’s Regional
Hospital.
If desired donations may be made to Canadian Cancer, St.
Martha’s Palliative Care Unit or a memorial of the
donor’s choice.
