Obituary of Colette Walker
The death of Colette Walker of Chipman, NB occurred Thursday, February 24, 2022 at the Chalmers Regional Hospital.
Born in Drummond, NB on January 7, 1933 the daughter of the late Arthur and Rose (Desjardine) Langlais.
Survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Claude Walker; a son, Steven Walker; daughters, Monique Noftell, Patsy Ganskow, Dyann Chase (Dale) and Nancy Brown (Randy); 4 grandchildren, Jennifer Fanjoy, John Kirby, Krystyn Brown and Natasha Brown; siblings, Therese Moreau (Albert), Bernadette Roth (Gene), Jean-Guy Langlais and Alyre Langlais (Mila); several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, Colette was predeceased by brothers, Aurele, Claude and Joe; sisters, Rita, Gertrude, Marie May, Blanche; son-in-law, Doug Noftell.
Resting at Hogg Funeral & Cremation Services (10 King Street, Minto, NB) with visitation on Sunday from 2-4PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00AM Monday, February 28, 2022. For those who wish, donations made to the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
Those attending the visitation or service must provide proof of vaccinations as well as government issued ID. Masks will also be required.
