Bridget Jeane Farrell Mac Con
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of our dear Bridget, aged 5, suddenly in her sleep on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at her home in Thornbury, Ontario. She was surrounded by her adoring family. An inquisitive and kind child, Bridget touched many lives and was loved deeply by those around her.
Leaving to mourn her devoted parents Douglas and Erin (nee Farrell) and brother Alistair; Aunt Karen Mac Con (Cary Schneider) and cousins Haedan and Alexis Schneider; Uncle Ronan Mac Con (Amy) and cousins Fiona and Teagan; Aunt Laura Mac Con; Uncle Brian Farrell (Laura) and cousins Anneliese and Eoghan; Uncle James Farrell (Erin Delaney); grandmothers Mary Mac Con and Barbara Farrell; grandfather Kieran Mac Con (Silvia); and extended family and friends across the country. Predeceased by her grandfather Robert Farrell. She will be especially missed by her Beaver Valley Community School and BVO Kids Club friends, and her Craigleith Ski Club friends.
Bridget’s short life was filled with laughter and adventure. She loved skating, skiing, gymnastics, swimming and playing with friends at Little River Beach Playground. In her own words:

The family would like to give thanks and appreciation to all the friends and family who have supported them during this incredibly difficult time.
Cremation has taken place. Funeral Service will take place on March 7, 2022, at 1:00 pm at Craigleith Ski Club with reception to follow (all are welcome). The service will also be available by livestream.
