Mrs. Mary Susan Bechard, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, in Chatham, at the age of 69.
Mary Sue was born in Wallaceburg and was a daughter of the late Arthur and Bertha (Seys) Aarssen.
Beloved wife of the late Alfred “Al” Bechard (2017).
Loving mother of Christine (Brad) Thompson and Danielle Bechard.
Sadly missed by her grandchildren Jonathon and Maggie.
Kind sister and sister-in-law of Mike (Linda) Aarssen, Jim Aarssen, Cindy (Paul) Nottley, Carol (Dave) Dauw, Mary Catherine Aarssen and Marg Aarssen.
Predeceased by her siblings Ron, Dick, Marjorie (Bob) Dupon and Chris.
Also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Family and friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Friday, February 25, 2022 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, February 26, 2022 from Our Lady Help of Christians Church, in Wallaceburg, at 11:00 a.m.

Interment of ashes will take place at a later date.
