Peacefully at Wellington Terrace on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Harold Hap (1999). Dear mother of David (Seema) of New Jersey, Bill (Heather) of Caledon, Wendy (Walter) Penney of Orangeville, Gail (2013) (Wayne) Lund of Lewiston, Doug (Judy) of Kitchener and Al (Bev) of Hot Springs BC. Cherished grandmother of 13 and great-grandmother of 15. Loved sister of Lorrain Rennike, Kay Demmans, Bernice Long and Shirley Cook. Predeceased by her sisters Marion Irwin, Reta Thompson, Sharon Cook, Debbie (Lyle) Homes and her brothers Lloyd, Alen, Glen and Stan and her parents William and Elizabeth Cook. Margaret will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Saturday, March 5, 2022 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. followed by the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 2:30 p.m.
A tree will be planted in memory of Margaret in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville.
