Obituary of Sherman Briden Switzer
Sherman passed peacefully at home on Friday, February 18, 2022 in his 77th year. Son of the late Wesley and Daisey Switzer. Beloved husband of Shirley Switzer (formerly Kitchen) of Belleville. Sherman is survived by his stepchildren, Andrea (Marty) Leiter of Chicago and Janette Kitchen (Darcy Funk) of Calgary and by his grandchildren Daniel and Cassie. Sherman is also remembered by his siblings, Bruce, Bud (Donna), Ruth, Dorothy, Freda, and Shirley. He is predeceased by his brothers, Albert, Arthur, George, Alton, Floyd, John and Glen. Cremation entrusted to the Steele Funeral Home, Moira Street Chapel (613-968-2273). Spring Inurnment at Grove Cemetery, Ameliasburgh. If desired, Memorial Donations to Belleville General Hospital Foundation – Oncology or the St. Columba Memorial Fund would be appreciated.
