NIGH-RABEY, Evelyn Eliza (nee Mullin) – passed away at the Cedarwood Village Nursing Home, Simcoe on Saturday, February 12th, 2022 in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late David Rabey (1989) and the late Donald Nigh (2007). Loving mother of late Eric Rabey (Marie Patton) of Trout Creek, the late Bruce Rabey, the late Barbara Inwood (late Lloyd), Hughie Rabey (Rose) of Brantford, Wanda Jacques (Mervin) of Gaspe, QC, Janet Dion (Jean Guy) of Nixon and Dwight Rabey (Leanne) of Moffet, QC. Lovingly remembered by 12 grandchildren & 24 great grandchildren & 4 great great grandchildren. Predeceased by her son-in-law Arnond Jacques and by 2 daughters-in-law Lila West-Rabey and Vera Ann Gilbert-Rabey. Sadly missed by nieces, nephews & extended family. A private casket burial will be held at Oakwood Cemetery, Simcoe with Pastor Ron Mullin officiating. The JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. North Simcoe N3Y 3R3 in care of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to donate in memory of Evelyn are asked to consider the Alzheimer’s Society of H-N or the Canadian Cancer Society.
