CHAINEY, Juanita Helen
Jan. 19, 1981 – Feb. 2, 2022
It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our sweet daughter Juanita Chainey. She passed away after a short sudden illness on February 2nd, 2022 at the Hamilton General Hospital. We thank all of the caring, wonderful doctors and nurses who were there for Juanita right up until she passed. Juanita is survived by her brother Daniel Chainey (Jonacyn), her “Mummy” Denice Sangster (Ron), several aunties and uncles and cousins both from the Chainey and Oeden sides of the family, as well as her step-family of many years, the Sangsters (Boyds). Juanita was also predeceased by her dad Richard Chainey at a young age. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends leaving us far too soon but God has His plan for her even before she was born. Juanita (Nina) was a special unique girl who lived to help others and was very generous and liked to give. She loved birds and animals, and was a very gifted artist. Drawing and painting was her passion, having her own unique style unlike any other. People marvelled at her talent and creativity! We’re going to miss you so much “Baby Girl”. Visitation will take place at Miller Funeral Chapel, 28 Caithness St. E., Caledonia on Tuesday February 8, 2022 from 10:00am-12:00pm followed by a service at 12:30pm at Caledonia Congregational Church, 97 Argyle St. N., Caledonia. Interment to follow at Cayuga River Side Cemetery.
Notice: Due to covid-19 and provincial mandates, all guests will be required to bring and wear a mask, as well as maintain physical distancing at all times. Proof of vaccination is not required however contact tracing is mandatory.
