Rose Marie Myette DeCoste 1946 2022

Obituary of Rose Marie (Myette) DeCoste
With broken hearts we announce the passing of our mother and grandmother Rose DeCoste (Myette) of Halifax NS on January 28, 2022. Born in Antigonish she was a daughter of the late Lavin and Anita (Rogers) Myette.
Rose overflowed with dedication and love for her family, with a special glow on her face whenever she was with her grandchildren, Devon, Maya, Morgan and Logan. Always devoted to her family, Rose was deeply involved in their lives making them the main focus of hers. This is reflected in our hearts as we share the fond memories of her life and the love she brought to ours.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by sister Gladys Benoit (Myette), brothers Chester, Leo and Alfred and is survived by brothers John, Donnie and sister Shirley DeCoste (Myette). Rose was the loving mother of Wayne (Paula) and Shaun (Tina) DeCoste, both of Dartmouth, and grandchildren Devon, Maya, Morgan and Logan. Rose will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
There will be a private visitation and funeral service at 2 pm on Friday, February 4, 2022. A livestream link will be made available on this page. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Nova Scotia.
Life may not be forever, but love is. We will miss you Mom.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Rose
