Elena passed away peacefully on Friday, January 28, 2022, at the age of 86.
Predeceased by her loving husband Libero Benelli. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Diana (Bruce), Carlo (Susan), Rosamaria (Agostino), grandchildren Cassandra, Nicholas (Kelly), Heather (Terry), Brittney (Ryan), Anna, Samantha, Johnny, Preston, Imperia, Giuseppe (Julia) and Francesco (Christina), sister’s Emma (Oriecuia), and Delfina (Santori), sister-in-law Lidia Collerusso and brother-in-law Pietro Mastrodonato.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at 10:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi Parish 2025 Napier Street, Vancouver, BC. Entombment to follow at Ocean View Burial Park-South Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of BC and to Villa Carital.
