In loving memory of Brian Benedict, 51 years who passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022 at his residence. Beloved spouse of Rose-Anne Bursey. Loving father of Brandon Leach-Benedict (Natalie) and stepfather to Jessica Bursey (Corey). Cherished grandfather of Avery, Valerie and Zaylen. Dear son of Albina (Laferriere) Benedict and the late Norval Benedict predeceased. Dear brother of Helen (Kelly Moffatt), Beatrice Benedict, Linda (Chad Simmons) and stepbrother to Carl Benedict, Carol-Ann Benedict and Donna Neff. Brian was a keen fisherman, an avid gamer, and a passion for trucking just like his father. Brian will be remembered as a well liked person who got along with everyone he met. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Memorial Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch St., Sudbury on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 2pm. Cremation with interment in the Massey Cemetery. (Friends may gather in the chapel after 1:45pm Tuesday). Due to the COVID restrictions, 50% capacity only in the chapel. Facemasks and social distancing are mandatory.
