God called Maria Cristina Dutra peacefully on December 30, 2022 at the age of 86. She will be forever missed by her loving husband José. Cherished by her dear children Margaret (Carlos) and Ana (Jim). Proud Avó to Tara (Dave), Carlos Jr., Tommy Lee, Cristina (Billy), May Ann and Alexander. Adoring Visavó to Aidan, Mariah and Vassilios. She will always be remembered by her brother José (Venilde). Maria Cristina is now reunited in Heaven with her son Nelson. She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. If so desired, donations in memory of Maria Cristina may be made to the Sick Kids Foundation.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home “Toronto Chapel” (2080 Dufferin St. 416-656-3332) on Tuesday January 3, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday January 4, 2023 at a To Be Confirmed Time at St. Mary of the Angels Roman Catholic Church (1481 Dufferin Street). Entombment to follow at Park Lawn Cemetery (2845 Bloor Street West).
