Robert’s Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Robert Vincent Patey announce his passing on Wednesday December 28th, 2022, at the age of 46 years. Born in Chanel-Port aux Basques Robert was the son of the late Russell Patey. He was also predeceased by his grandparents; Harold and Shirley Osmond (nee Lomond) and Ross and Gertrude Patey, his brother; Derek Patey, aunts; Susan Drake, Elizabeth Hubert, and his favorite; Aunt Wanda.
Leaving to morn is his mother; Rosalie Osmond (Merrill), his brothers; Todd, Russell Jr., and Daniel(Stacey), step-mother; Shirley Patey, step-father; Roy Bailey (Doreen) aunts and uncles; Wilfred (Irene), Derick(Lisa), Pasty(Francis), Roxanne, Loretta (Chris), Annie, Alice (Tony), Gladys (Blair) and Stephen, niece and nephew; Karie and T.J, great-niece; Oaklyn, close friend; John Neil, his home care worker and close cousin; Samantha (Josh), plus a very large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins, a large extended family and friends.
In keeping with Robert’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Interment will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Robert are graciously accepted by his family.
