It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we share the news with you of the sudden passing on Saturday December 17, 2022, of Ron Godwin at the age of 48. Loving father of Zach and Xander (Claire). Dear brother of Kim Godwin-Renaud (Rick), Amazing uncle (Home-slice) to Bailey (Maxym) and (his favorite niece) Brooke. Fond nephew of Russell Lemoine, the late Bryan Lemoine and the late Sharon Lemoine. Ron is predeceased by his mother Diane, Ted, and birth father Ronald. He will be missed by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Ron will always be remembered for his warm hugs and big smile. His dedication to the running groups, his love of the Habs, Taylor Swift, Ottawa Red Blacks, Athletico and of course his movie group. He will be fondly remembered by his many friends as well as his work colleagues at Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency and Fisheries and Oceans.
