It is with a heavy
heart we announce the passing of our loving mother Carmella Mary Kelly
(nee Bruce) at the Placentia Lions Manor on Dec.
21st.
Pre-deceased by
parents Edward and Bridget Bruce; husband Joseph Maurice; Sons, Adam
and Ed Kelly; son-in-law Ken Leonard; sisters, Beth Bartlett, Florence
(Leonard-Walsh); and brothers, Dan, Fred, Albert,
Edward.
Leaving to mourn her devoted children: Marilyn,
Randy (Marian), Gerianne (Boyd), Joan (Gerard), Joe (Betty), Brad
(Tina), Wendy (Andy), and Danny (Shelly);
daughter-in-law Linda; her siblings, Raymond
(Shirley), Tom (Jean), June (Dan Foley), Rita (Jim Garner), and
Clarence; sisters-in-law, Theresa, Juanita,
Carmelita, Jean Hurley and Doll Kelly; and a large circle of nieces,
nephews and family friends.
Her favorite title was being Nanny to 25 loving
grandchildren and Nan-Nan to 24 great-grandchildren – all of whom will
miss her dearly and will cherish memories with her.
A special thanks to the nurses and staff
at the Placentia Hospital and Lions Manor. And especially to Dr. Power
who went above and beyond in looking after our
mother.
Service and
burial to take place at a later
date.
