AUDET FLETCHER, Louise
1938 – 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Louise Fletcher, 84, of Sherbrooke, Qc on Friday December 9, 2022 from a brief illness due to covid.
Louise was the daughter of Romeo and Kathleen (Morin) Audet. She was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Douglas Fletcher and her sister Maureen Prince.
Louise will be sadly missed by her children Patty (Kirby Cunha), John (Sonya Page), Kathryn (Scott Robinson), grandchildren Olivia Cunha, Dylan and Rowan Fletcher, Alyssa (Matthew Gaetano), Arielle, Aaron Robinson, along with her precious great-grandchildren Avery and Augustus Gaetano.
Louise enjoyed each day to the fullest. She was happiest with her flower gardens, especially at her lake side cottage in Vermont. Whenever possible, she was happy to have a competitive opponent for a challenging game of Majong or Scrabble. Cards weren’t to far behind. Projects by the many, Louise was always brainstorming for a new home renovation, never a dull moment. If Louise wasn’t busy puttering she was happy having family by her side. She always says ” I am truly blessed”, and she was.
The funeral service will take place at St.Patrick’s Church in Sherbrooke, QC on Saturday December 17, 2022. Visitations with the family will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 pm, immediately followed by the mass, and ending with a graveside burial at St. Michel’s Cemetery, Sherbrroke, QC.

Death notice for the town of: Sherbrooke, Province: Quebec
We were fortunate to have had a really good visit with Louise in September. She looked and sounded so well and we had many laughs reminiscing about the good old days in the Townships. I shall miss my cousin, our chats on the phone, our computer word games and the many laughs we shared. Wayne joins me in extending our deepest condolences to Patty, John, Kathi and all their families on the loss of Louise.
