Obituary of Mary Osborne
OSBORNE, Mary (nee Clapp) passed away peacefully on Saturday December 10, 2022 at Anson Place Care Centre in her 94th year. Dear mother of Leslie (John) Hoover of Port Dover, Susan (Tony) Johnston of St. Stephen NB and Stan also of St. Stephen NB. Loving grandmother of Kathleen (Brandon), Jennifer, Andrew (Emily), Kim (Mike), Kelly (Steve), Eric, Krystal and Karla. Proud great-grandmother of Luke, Genevieve, Clayton, Jonathan, Andrew and Thomas. Sadly missed by brother Douglas (Helen) Clapp of Port Dover. Mary loved playing golf , knitting and playing cards with friends. She also enjoyed volunteering at the hospital and canvassing for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Predeceased by her parents Ross and Marjorie, brothers and their spouses Ross Jr. (Joan), Howard (Dora) and twin sister Marion Schedwitz and her husband Bert. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME Port Dover 519-583-1530.
