Ricky Lynn Neff -age 32 of Winder, Georgia, formerly of Grainger Co., Tennessee, passed away December 4, 2022. Ricky loved to fish, enjoyed music and playing his guitar. He had a great zest for life.
Survived by his father, Billy Mills and mother, Norma Jean Hanshaw (Sammy), sister, Rachel King (Greg); nieces, Kaitlyn and Naevia; nephew, Isaiah; and girlfriend, Debbie Daniels.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 17, 2022, 2:00- 3:00 PM at Bridges Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM, Saturday, December 17, 2022, with Rev. Doyle Wolfenbarger officiating.
The family will have a private burial service.
