1950 – 2022
In loving memory of Orron Hansen who passed away at his home on Tuesday December 6, 2022. He is survived by his wife Pat Hansen, daughter Sandra LeClair, son Bruce LeClair, sisters Carol Anne, Martha June, Ella Mae and sister-in-law Darlene Hansen, brothers Lyle Manfred, Andrew Blair, David Paul, James Arthur, and Ronald Anthony. He is also deeply missed by his grandkids that he helped raise Richard LeClair, Jason Levesque, Mathew Levesque, Barbie Levesque, Corey Hurst, and Eddie Hansen. He will also be missed by numerous great grandkids.
Predeceased by his Father Ronald Hansen (1980) and Mother Ella June Hansen (2015), his daughter Barbra LeClair (2009), brother Peter Hansen (2021), nephew Jeremy Hansen (1995), brothers in Law Bruce Schell (1985), John Stickney (1996), Joseph Garland (2008), Raymond George (2007) and Colleen Reynolds (2008).
Orron took pride in raising his family through the 2 generations of family he raised. He started his work life on the rail line as a cook and then a lineman, after that adventure he spent the next 30 + years as a carpenter. After retiring he returned to Englehart where he had unlimited time to spend with family and friends.
The family will welcome friends at the Timiskaming Funeral Cooperative, McDonald Chapel on Monday, December 12, 2022 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. with a service to follow at the funeral home at 3:00 p.m.
