Elina Dunnebacke was born on March 20th, 1926 in Tzummarum, Friesland in the Netherlands. Mom is survived by her sons Alex and John (Heather), Marje, grandsons; Kevin, Ken, Mike and Ryan and great-grandkids; Isabel, Logan, Lana and Mia.
It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother at the age of 96. Elina was loved by all her family, friends and helpers. A very special heartfelt thank you goes out to all the staff at Columbia View Lodge. Their personal and professional care of our mom was beyond expectation.
As an expression of sympathy, donations in Elina’s memory may be made to the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital Health Foundation (Columbia View Lodge) at 1200 Hospital Bench, Trail, BC V1R 4M1 or online at www.kbrhhealthfoundation.ca
