Peacefully passed away on November 30, 2022 at the age of 70. He will be forever missed by his loving partner Maria De Jesus. Cherished by his children Marcos (Elizabeth) and Fabio. Proud Grandfather of Matthew. Dear brother of Ligia (Gabriel) and Graça (Celerino).
Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave., W.) on Friday December 2, 2022 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Charles Borromeo Roman Catholic Church (811 Lawrence Ave. W., at Dufferin St.) on Saturday December 3, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Beechwood Cemetery (7241 Jane St., north of Steeles Ave. W.).
Donations in José’s memory may be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation.
