Emma Pointkoski

Emma Pointkoski of Camrose, Alberta, passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at the age of 96 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Garry Pointkoski (Alora Nelson) of Camrose, Ken (Debbie) Pointkoski of Winnipeg, MB, and Joan Burnett of Edgeley, SK; son-in-law Gary Olson of Edmonton; grandchildren Jason Pointkoski, and Tara (Mark) Holowka; great-grandchildren Emmett and Adele Holowka; siblings John (Wanda) Kushnerik of Camrose, and Mickey (Irene) Kushnerik of Killam; extended family Kim (Matt) Downey and their daughter Keira; and many more family and friends.
Emma was predeceased by her husband Walter Pointkoski; daughter Marilyn Olson; daughter-in-law Yvonne Pointkoski; sister Lena Bowal; and parents Joseph, and Annie Kushnerik.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., December 1, 2022, from the St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church, 3605 50 St Camrose, officiated by Father Kris Schmidt. The interment will take place at the Camrose Valleyview Cemetery.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Emma’s memory may be made to St. Stanislaus Cemetery; St. Francis Xavier Building Fund ; or to a charity of one’s choice.
