Marion Naill – age 97 of Knoxville died peacefully at home on Thursday, November 17, 2022. Marion worked for several years as an elevator operator at Millers and then in the drapery department at Dillard’s until retirement. Marion loved working outside especially with her flowers, keeping house, and going to Dollywood.
Preceded in death by parents, Thomas J. and Pearl Mucke Naill; brother, Samuel Naill; sister, Eleanor Naill Lyke; sister-in-law, Anna Ruth Naill; brother-in-law, Connor Lyke; and nephew Gary Lyke.
Survived by niece, Connie Lyke Kennell and husband, Barry of Carolina Shores, NC; nephew, Samuel Gentry and wife Barbara of Maryville. The family would like to say a special thank you to the wonderful caregivers that have been at Marion’s side for the past several years, Sharon Sills O’Barr, Lisa Sills Dennis and Vicky Dougherty. We are forever grateful for the love, dedication, and compassion shown to Marion.
There will be a Call-of-Convenience 10:00 AM-2:00 PM on Monday, November 21, 2022, at Bridges Funeral Home followed by a procession to Mt.
