Passed away in Huntingdon, on Thursday, November 10, 2022, Mrs. Helen Blair née Goldie, aged 100 years. Beloved wife of late Howard Blair. She leaves to mourn, her son Stephen (Edith) and her daughter Paula (Yvan), her granddaughters Stephanie (Olaf) and Sarah (Troy), her great grandsons Parker and Greyson. Predeceased by her great grandson Landon. Graveside servie will be held, Saturday November 19 at 11a.m., at the Hillside Cemetery.
Helen, our mother, was someone always busy with hers hands. She worked outside on the farm, picking apples, making maple sugar, carrying the milk and when she was in the house, she was sewing, crocheting, knitting but her love was quilting. There was always a quilt set up in the sitting room, many time we watched T.V. over it. She enjoyed to see people, she was in the U.C.W.and the W.I. a life member of the Franklin Church. Her second love was playing cards with her friends and enjoying her grandkids, and helping us with the wood. She lived a full life. Rest in Peace. Your daughter and son.
