Ines Lyla Morton (nee Hamilton), passed away peacefully with her loving husband Rod Morton and daughter Jane McQueen (Rob) with her to the end. The very caring staff at Thorncliffe Place & Queensway Carleton Hospital deserve much credit for providing comfort for Ines.
Born January 14, 1926 to Fred & Roxie Hamilton (nee Good), she was raised in Wakefield, Quebec with 5 siblings all who have predeceased her.
Ines is also survived by her daughter Beverly Edwards (Doug), step-son Robert Morton, her grandson Adam Fraser and many nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her sons David and John Perrier. Ines had a precious circle of wonderful life-long friends.
Cremation has taken place. Interment and service will be at a later date.
