Selon ses volontés, il a été confié au crématorium AGM, 286, boul. Laure à Sept- Îles pour crémation.
Les arrangements ont été confiés aux professionnels de la Maison Funéraire AGM, 851,boul.Laure à Sept-Iles.
M. Denis Gagné laisse dans le deuil son fils Marcel (Chantal Thibeault), sa fille Nancy (Francis Deschênes), ses petits-enfants : Marie-Pier, Émilie, Alex et Olivier, son arrière-petite-fille Agathe, son frère Alain (Lenor Robles) ainsi que ses neveux et nièces.
