Passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Monday October 31, 2022. Frances was the beloved wife of John Peters. Dear mother of Lorri Gratrix and Larry Gratrix (Robin). Sister of Faye Oliver, Bill Oliver and the late Ernie Oliver. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope, Friday November 4, 2022 for Funeral Service at 11 am. Interment, Port Hope Union Cemetery.
