Sheila’s Obituary
Peacefully, at the Brantford General Hospital, on Thursday October 27, 2022. Sheila was 79 years of age. Predeceased by her beloved husband Bill Lyons. Loving mother of Julie Lyons (Jennifer), Christine and Mark. Cherished grandmother of Sarah (Dan), Thomas (Kim), Jacob (Michelle), Jordan (Sarah), Dylan (Samantha), Krystyn (Dave), Abbey (Ian), Alexa (Sam), Emma (Sean) and Laura (Connor). Great-grandmother of 12. She was the last remaining sibling of 6. Loved sister-in-law of Bill White (the late Greta), Ann Lyons (the late Charles), and Derek Frost (the late Aubrey). She will be missed by her extended family, many nieces and nephews and dear friends. Sheila was a long-time member of the Brant County Dart League where she played on the Germania Gems Team.
Friends will be welcomed at the DWAYNE D. BUDGELL Funeral Home, 1105 Rest Acres Road, on Tuesday November 1, 2022 from 11 – 1 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday at 1 p.m. Rev. Sarah Grady of St. Paul’s United Church will officiate. Interment service will follow in the Paris Cemetery. In Sheila’s memory, donations to MADD Canada (madd.ca/pages/) would be appreciated by the family.
