Obituary
Lorraine Clara Mundy of Medicine Hat, beloved wife of the late James Mundy passed away after a courageous battle with Cancer on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at the age of 80 years. She leaves to cherish her memory four children, Natalie Klaudt, Laurie Peters, Lisa Eckes (Lyle) and Les Kraeker (Carol); her grandchildren, Shawn, Melissa, Amanda, Jessica, Michael, Tara, Dylan and Devyn; as well as numerous great grandchildren; one sister Anna Tumbach and one brother Ed (Marion) Bleile. Besides her loving husband James, Lorraine was predeceased by her parents Margaret and Edmund Bleile and her siblings, Simon, Josephine, Gerry, Fred, Vera and George. Lorraine was born at Prelate, Saskatchewan to Ed and Margaret Bleile. She grew up in various parts of Saskatchewan and settled in Medicine Hat. Lorraine loved to play baseball, bowl and golf. Family and friends are invited to attend the graveside service to be held at Hillside Cemetery on Friday, October 28, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Roque Pereira officiating. Those who wish to attend are asked to meet inside the main gate to the cemetery by 10:45 a.m. If you so desire, memorial donations in memory of Lorraine may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society 200, 325 Manning Road NE, Calgary, AB T2E 2P5.
