Sandra Elizabeth Low
November 1942 – September 2022
The family is saddened to advise that Sandra Elizabeth Low (nee Dale), in her 79th year, passed away suddenly on September 16, 2022.
Sandra was predeceased by her parents, John and Mary Ellen Dale, her sisters Joan McNeill and her husband Michael, Carole Copp and her husband Jack, Barbara Bliss and her husband Malcolm, Diane Kenny (Dennis), and Yvonne Wojcik (Bob Hatten), and her brother John Dale. She is survived by sisters Marilyn Dale and Glenna Kari (Bob Faraci), brothers Jim Dale (Brenda) and Kerry Dale (Connie) and many nieces and nephews.
Sandra spent her entire career working for Bell Canada where she developed many long-lasting friendships with her colleagues. She was a life-long advocate for animal rights and the family is so grateful that her three surviving cats, (Capricorn, Aphrodite and Ezekiel), have been adopted by a good friend.
Sandra had a brilliant mind and a wicked sense of humour and always brought the laughter to any occasion – it’s the laughter we will remember.
The family would like to thank Sandra’s many friends who have been so kind and supportive during this difficult time.
With respect to Sandra’s wishes, there will be no funeral. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
For those who so desire, donations may be made in Sandra’s name to animal welfare organizations, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
