Armstrong Ronald David ‘Pud’ 2022

Armstrong, Ronald David ‘Pud’
Ronald David Armstrong was born on November 7, 1941 in Meaford and passed away peacefully on Monday, October 17, 2022 in Muskoka in his 81st year.
Ronald ‘Pud’ Armstrong, beloved son of Wilbert Armstrong and Edna (nee Farrar) Armstrong, was a lifetime resident of the Blue Mountain area.
He was predeceased by his brother Stewart and his sister Linda. His memory will continue in the hearts of his sisters Debbie Pattersen of Proton Station, Nancy Clark of North Bay, and Dorene Jennings of Englehart. Ron will be missed by the many friends he gained while working for the Ministry of Transportation in Toronto and at his farm in Ravenna. In 2019 ‘Pud’ moved from his much-cherished farm to continue life enjoying the comforts of town in Durham. His final 15 months were spent at James Street Place in Bracebridge under the care of the wonderful staff and his sister Dorene.
Ronald Armstrong’s passing will be mourned by many but his legacy will carry on in all the lives he has touched where he will be remembered for his quiet strength and humility.
Interment has taken place at Thornbury-Clarksburg Union Cemetery and a Celebration of Ron’s Life will take place in the spring.
