Passed unexpectedly on Sunday, October 16th 2022 at the age of 37. Beloved daughter of Ryszard &
Teresa; devoted mother of Kayla; dear sister of Marta and Edith; and loving aunt of Logan.
Visitation will be held at Smith’s Funeral Home, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of the QEW),
Burlington on Tuesday, October 25th from 7:00 to 9:00pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Gabriel’s
Roman Catholic Church, 2261 Parkway Dr, Burlington on Wednesday, October 26th at 10:00am. Burial at
Burlington Memorial Gardens, 3353 Guelph Line, Burlington to follow the service.
For those who wish, donations in Agnes’ honour to Covenant House would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
