Konrad passed away peacefully at Whitehorse General Hospital the morning of October 5 at 5.40am.
He worked for the City of Whitehorse in Public Works for many years and was a long time resident of the Yukon.
Konrad was an avid traveler who enjoyed having a beer and sunbathing whether the sun was shining or not. He will be missed so much by his daughter Helen Bernard, his grandchildren Jack and Kenzie, and all that knew him.
A graveside service is scheduled for Friday, October 21, 2022, at 1pm, at Grey Mountain Cemetery in Whitehorse. A gathering will take place following the service. If you wish to attend the gathering, please request details from Helen Bernard.
