Idella Hammel (nee Maves) of Rankin, wife of the late Verner Hammel. Predeceased by son Keith Hammel. Survived by daughter-in-law Shirley Jessup (Herb). Grandmother of Perry Hammel and Paula Ramsay (Justin). Great-grandmother of Allison Mcauley (Jamie), Carly Hammel-Ramsay and Daniel Ramsay. Great-great-grandmother of Carter. Daughter of the late Herbert and Elfrieda Maves (nee Schultz). Sister of Delores “Laurie” Videto (Neil), the late Victor Maves (Erna) and the late Donald Maves (Evelyn). Sister-in-law of Marion Ashick (late Garnet), Grace Tabbert (Bill), Erma O’Connor (John), Audrey Hamilton (Reg), the late Harvey Hammel (Irene) and the late Ellard Hammel (late Shirley). Survived by many nieces & nephews.
Respecting Idella’s wishes, a Graveside Service will be held at Grace Lutheran Cemetery, Rankin on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
